Accurately calculate payroll and execute payroll process for office & retail employees (full time & part time) on a monthly basis with outsourcing vendor.
- Prepare and assist headcount & payroll related report to HR Manager from monthly and internal departments
- Coordinate year-end tax adjustment & severance for all employees.
- Responsible for overall HR data management
- Manage to prepare the employee contract letter for all employees and collect required documents for hiring as well as coordinating induction program.
- Handle resignation process
- Assist HR Manager in the smooth and efficient running of HR and Training function.
- Maintain good communication with colleagues of all departments. Answer employee inquiries in an appropriate and positive manner.
- Maintain the HR System (Local + Global) for all kinds of HR updates and communicate with vendor and AHQ for system issues.
- Ensure that all employees’ records are kept up to date and update in the p-file.
- Update organization chart for all division when it is necessary to update on a regular basis.
경력 및 자격요건
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience
- Prefer the experience in Fashion/retail Industry.
- Good verbal and written English communication.
- Detailed-Oriented, Accuracy, Flexibility, Conflict Management, Team Building, Communication, Mutual Beneficial Relationship Building, Proactive.
- Experienced with all kinds of HR system including Global system.
