1.TASKS
• Defines and is responsible for achieving the sales budget of the three sections in the regions according to country strategy and adaption to its scope of region. Promotes and oversees sales analysis in a region and correct product placement in the three sections, implementing sales strategy in each department and providing market analysis objectives and require Visual Commercial and Product team on products needs
• Oversee the store operations in the scopes of area ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and legal requirements, and ensuring the rest of the commercial team are respecting
• Be aware of the risk employees and customers are exposed to and be aware of safe work practices and company procedures to overcome them with different departments in a timely manner
• Address the improvement and enhancement points on store customer experience of responsible stores by analyzing all customer-related KPIs, store performance and store visit with HR/OP/CX team; implement strategies to optimize store performance collaborating with the commercial team to support store delivering excellent customer experience
• Organize, coordinate relevant resources from all the department head of the commercial to support regional team and store to achieve sales target
• Responsible for regional stores’ profit and loss by analyzing the store performance metrics and take actions to achieve the regions’ target as a whole
• Promote organized and efficient work routines and healthy environment to its own team and store team
• Coordinate different departments and drive the success of all the integration projects in the scopes of area including HQ new projects and strategies with local adaption and local initiatives
2.TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
• Responsible for the training & development of the store management team with the regional commercial team and HR
• Participate in and lead evaluation and performance review of store management team with HR

• At least 10years of work experience in fashion retail industry and 5years of experience as area regional position
• Retail business knowledge and creative thinking are required.
• Team management experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Initiative to identify problems and opportunities to be proactive
• Availability to travel internally in the country.
• Fluent English (verbal & written) is a must. Spanish will be valued.
