• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
• Build and develop influencer campaign strategy for social media channels.
• Ensure all campaigns are planned, managed, and delivered on time and on budget, and that all campaigns meet our standards for creative excellence.
• Develop, analyze, and deliver monthly Metrics Reports on selected KPIs. This will encompass both paid and organic efforts for local social media channels.
• Develop compelling content and assets that engage audiences and drive deeper engagement.
• Improve/expand social reach and engagement.
• Create/deploy social contests for increased engagement.
• Cultivate strong relationships with social media platform partners to bring forward opportunities to drive innovation with emerging content forms and technologies.
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
• Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
경력 및 자격요건
• 5+ Strong experience in-house role or agency-side, developing and executing social media channels management/content marketing/ influencer campaigns.
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), graphic design, presentation and communication skills
• Excellent understanding of global and local social channels (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Naver Blog, KakaoTalk Channel, etc.)
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Passionate about innovation and new marketing approaches based on current trends.
• Creative approach - able to come up with new ideas for creative brief for social media and ability to prove the effectiveness of content campaigns in improving user engagement.
• Must be able to create analytics/metrics reports including selected KPIs
• You have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
• Excellent written and communication skills in both languages, Korean and English.
