1. Handle overall recruitment process
- boutique sales positions & HQ.
- Resume screening and candidates interview process.
- Follow-up administration such as preparing Employee Agreement.
2. Management of Compensation and Benefits(C&B / Payroll)
- Validate incentive data for boutique staff and handling monthly.
- Validate boutique staff’s payroll and various compensation.
- All payroll operations, including Income tax returns.
- Manage Salary Report and deliver to Finance team monthly.
- Support regular review for Salary increases and Bonus.
- Personnel information & HR Data Management.
3. Administration
- Check and file all employment document in accordance with policies.
- Manage and check on/off-boarding/transfer/position change schedules and personnel or organizational changes.
- Monitor and supporting document for leaves of boutique staffs.
- Manage and support boutique attendance system(Shiftee) for boutique staffs.
- Handle and answer any request or inquiry from boutique staffs.

-Bachelor’s degree
-At least over 3 years’ experience of recruitment.
-Payroll experience must
-Good communication skill.
-MS Office advanced skill.
