*Human Resources Services
-Manage all human resources operations such as promotion, salary adjustment, transfer, resignation and termination are executed in accordance with the company policies
-Ensure all HR activities comply with local legal and statutory requirements
-Liaise with service provider or local security bureau for employment and termination issues
-Ensure up-to-date personal records are maintained
-Provide HR reports and statistics in a timely and accurate way to Regional Office and management review
Promote employee relations through ongoing advice and effective communication
-Assist in implementing of HR programs and policies in a quality manner
-Advise management and internal stakeholders on human resources matters
-Undertake any other duties / special assignments as directed by the Country Manager and Human Resources Manager, Asia.
*Recruitment and Selection
-Assist in recruitment activities to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process at all time
-Facilitate reference check, package proposal, employment contract and document verifications
*Compensation & Benefit
-Perform C&B administration and ensure all salary / staff movement / benefit actions are carried out timely and accurately.
-Ensure the monthly payroll is in accurate way and tax filing is timely submitted.
경력 및 자격요건
-With at least 3 years of HR experience preferably in retail environment
-Korea HR experience especially in payroll process, taxes, local employment law and best practices
-Involvement in the appraisal process and pay reviews
-Fluent in English both spoken and written
-Highly competent user of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, oral and written
-An understanding of local employment laws and best practices
