• Involvement in developing a long-term strategic sales plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization.
• Recommends organizational structure for sales group, including sales managers and brokers as company continues to grow..
• Overall responsibility for net revenue.
• Accountability for returns and allowances budget as well as trade advertising.
• In charge of broker communication and motivation.
• Communicate sales trends/results to management team through the use of reports and presentations.
• Responsible for setting distribution targets and finding ways to achieve them in a cost effective manner.
• Leads management of all broker metrics such as promotion activity, pricing, products, and tracking competitive activity.
• Serves as key communicator for the company with the trade in assigned channels.

• 5+ years experience in food industry, preferably some in the specialty food area.
