* Staff Management
• Management of 14 staff in Administration team
• Develop team bonding
* Complaint Management
* Daily Operation :
• Coordinate and follow-up of VIP or special repair cases
• Immediate response to any inquiries from boutiques and brands
• Ensure the repair and quotation delays are within the defined target performance (measurable objectives)
• Quotations are, in normal cases, provided within 24 hours
• Repairs are completed within the defined target per brand
• Immediate actions in the case of any deviation from the defined targets
• Ensure information flow of new policies, products and documents within administration team
• Working with brands’ customer service representatives to ensure a smooth communication
• Analyze internal and operational reporting and take actions
경력 및 자격요건
- At least 8 years experience in Retail CS preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a business related
- Good command of written & spoken English
- Good skills in MS office program
- Excellent communication & Interpersonal relations skills
