• Supplier quality engineer
- ensuring product quality, testing and reliability throughout the product lifecycle.
- developing the appropriate preventive quality processes in supplier and metrics to minimize return and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Establish short term/Long term supplier quality business plan to fulfill company visions
• Drive cost engineering mind with deep knowledge of commodity experience.
• Conflict management skill is required to deal with various circumstance within/outside of organization
• Monitoring supplier quality performance and drive continuous improvement with assign S.Q.E
• Perform regular performance review with supplier to set up strategic target
• Track and communicate with other team to follow up CPA/CPL status and take care of escalation
• Working closely with purchasing team to set up commodity strategy and take ownership for supplier development
• Perform Preventive quality activities (audit, risk assessment,APQP...)
경력 및 자격요건
• B.S in Electrical/Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 7~8 years related experience in supplier quality/ manufacturing quality in Semiconductor, Module assembly.
• Depth knowledge of measurement method, manufacturing processes, manufacturing equipment, statistical methods, and problem solving methodology, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and automotive quality management systems.
• TS16949 /VDA6.3 or equivalent preferred.
• Fluent English skills / Chinese or Japanese as a third language is preferred
• 50% of travel in Korea and Asia is expected.
