• Process recruiting and termination process legally and effectively
• Specify the job qualification with hiring manager and post openings in many channels
• Coordinate recruiting process based on the company procedure
• Recommend and develop HR policies based on the legal regulation
• Coordinate and organize annual performance evaluation process and provide related support
• Facilitate and provide new hire orientation and other trainings
• Assist in establishing a positive work environment and conduct investigations when concerns are brought forth.
• Research and implement new HR practices to company
• Other duties as assigned
경력 및 자격요건
• BA degree (HR or related major preferred)
• 3-7 years of HR experience
• Effective organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work within required deadlines
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency with MS office
• Bilingual in Korean and English required
