- Media planning and execution for all channels such as Print, digital, performance media, outdoors and any new formats
- Identify Key insights for media strategic development
- Collaborate and manage agencies from planning to delivery in accordance with the global marketing strategy and direction
- Understand local business challenges and opportunities, communicate with regional and corporate team to build optimized media plan for Korea market
- Digital platform planning and execution for e-commerce and brand platforms
- Plan and delivery of digital marketing and media buying activities against conversion and engagement goal for all digital platforms
- Collaborate and manage opportunities with external digital partners
- Effective media buying against commerce objective
- Market analysis for competitor activity review to inform local digital trend, new e-media behavior, products, and new technology with stakeholders
- Work on ad hoc projects as requested
경력 및 자격요건
- Total 7- year experience in media industry including 3-year digital marketing experience(과~차장)
- Experienced in retail marketing/communications experience within internet and social media
- Experienced in media agency or under matrix organization
- Excellent English verbal written communication
- Solid interpersonal skills
- Capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously and working to challenging deadlines
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
- Analytical expertise
