- Develops and implements sales plans and is accountable to deliver the regional budget (P/L)
- Provides direction for the implementation of the divisional sales strategy in the region
- Recommends and implements tactical plans and programs to achieve agreed sales goals;
- Develops a business development strategy for the Metrology Division in the region to achieve a sustainable growth and a much higher market share in automotive and general precision industry while maintaining the strong position in aerospace and government business
- Develops a cost effective metrology sales channel (direct and indirect) to
significantly grows at least doubles the divisions sales in the next 3years.
- Networks closely with the regional sales managers in Europe and Americas and the product/marketing- and service-management of the division to leverage the success from the European and American markets in the region Asia Pacific
- Successfully introduces new products and solutions in the territory and
assures proper training and support of the sales channel
- Analyses the sales activity/sales projects and key performance indicators of the sales territory and maintains a consolidated regional customer database;
- Manages the forecasting of the sales order planning process (monthly update of sales projects to division) and submits a monthly regional sales and market report to the division management
- Reports to the local SU-Manager with regard to the metrology business in Korea
경력 및 자격요건
- Masters Degree in engineering (Dipl. Eng.) and business management and administration (e.g. MBA) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Has prior technical sales and sales management experience with a strong knowledge of CAD/CAM and/or metrology and/or industrial surveying/civil engineering mar- -- Strong team- and people-development skills in a high tech
sales/marketing and service environment as demonstrated by relevant experience;

- A minimum of 10 years of working experience, preferably in a high tech industry;
- In-depth knowledge and experience in managing and implementing sales practices and policies;
- Strong business development and sales/marketing knowledge as demonstrated by relevant experience;
- Experienced in building up new business and markets in Asia.
- Experience in preparing proposals and conducting formal presentations;
- Experience in investment goods selling that require a high degree of consultative selling preferably in Industrial Metrology , machine tools and/ore CAD/CAM related solutions
- Is used to travel frequently in the region Asia Pacific and understands the different cultures in the region
