- Develop, implement and execute both short-term and long-term strategic business work plans in alignment with branch and Pacific goals and objectives to achieve and exceed business results and service revenues.·
- Accountable for CS revenues and profit & loss (P&L) by providing leadership to the whole CS organization.·
- Participate in the development of service products through creative thinking and by sharing in-depth market trend and practice knowledge as well as competitor information with Pacific CS organization.·
- Fully accountable and responsible for the budget planning and budget control for the customer support organization·
- Establish excellent customer relationship with senior management level of the customers by paying frequent visits and pro-actively resolving outstanding issues and providing value-added services according to customer needs and requirements.·
- Provide leadership to deliver high quality support to the sales team to contribute to the sales revenue target (including technical support, pre-sales and Sales/ Marketing information)·
- Provide leadership to manage and provide high quality support services, to manage spare parts inventory in compliance with Pacific policies, procedures an guidelines, to ensure engineers’ compliance with operation policies, procedures and guidelines.·-
- Fully responsible for talent recruitment, people management, coaching and development to raise the overall employee competency to achieve company objectives.·- Provide leadership to enhance team cohesiveness and team spirit also with other teams and departments.·
- Maintain open communications with headquarters in regard to product improvement, R&D activity, training material, documentation and new product launching plans.·-
- Accountable and have the sole ownership to complete employee performance evaluation process and exercise before deadline.·
- Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required
경력 및 자격요건
- · University graduate on Electronics/Mechanical/Computer Science or equivalent.·
- Minimum 15 years relevant experience with at least 7 years at the management level.·-
- Strategic business planning skill is required.·
- Leadership skill is required.·
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and local language.·
- Strong interpersonal skill and proven record of a team player.·
- Strong project management skill·
- Strong presentation skill.·
- Strong coaching and mentoring skill.·
- Customer oriented and strong customer handling skill·
- Familiar with Windows Word, Excel or other common PC applications.· Domestic and overseas traveling is required.
