  • A) Sales Development and Management
    • Work closely with Store Managers to achieve sales target and ensure customer growth for area
    responsible.
    • Maintains close contact and assist sales management with top-tier customers
    • Ensure area’s product mix is healthy and balanced.
    • Sets monthly sales targets, creates and implements suitable incentive schemes in collaboration
    with Merchandising Department to motivate store staff
    B) Manages Operational Effectiveness
    • Lead activities associated with new store launches and renovations.
    • Together with Merchandising Department, closely monitor the sell through results and develops
    actions plans or product transfers as required
    • Permanent control of inventory movements to achieve a healthy sell out ratio.
    • Acts as the liaison between stores and Corporate functions such as Retail Operations, Call
    Center, SAV, Merchandising, Communication, Store Maintenance and HR for store related issues
    or projects.
    C) Improves Business Processes
    • Streamlining operations, reducing costs, and implementing technologies/projects to improve store
    efficiency.
    • Monitor competition activity and trend in markets, customers, products, prices, and channels.
    • Oversee store’s buying strategy, based on the specificity of dedicated region (demand, inventory
    and sales objectives)
    D) Team Management and Development
    • Headcount control within budget, including sales staff, supervisor, AMs and SM.
    • Assess structure, staffing arrangement to match with traffic/sales trend and improving productivity

  • • Extensive knowledge of luxury industry. 5-10 years of experience in luxury industry
    • Ability to fluctuate between hands on store sales, people management, and strategic vision
    • Understand the competitor market in the dedicated region
    • Strong leadership
    • Good communication skills
    • Drive for results
    • Flexible and able to work under pressure
    • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication and project management skills
    • Good spoken and written English.
    • Good command of computer skills (e.g. Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
