  • 1.S&OP
    -Conduct and orchestrate corporate whole S&OP process together with stakeholder group
    -Review and analyze the forecast demand versus actual demand, understanding changes and trends
    -Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure that the promotions, visible impact orders, and new product forecasts are included in the aggregate demand
    -Document assumptions, promotions, and adjustments to forecasts using Sales and Marketing teams’ input
    -Analyze and upload timely and accurate periods of 18 months’ forecasts on a monthly basis
    -Partners closely with key stakeholders to implement business strategies, validate forecast accuracy/methodology, provide input regarding inventory strategy and align financial and business plans with operational plans through the S&OP process
    -Coordinate and facilitate the monthly S&OP meetings to achieve the demand plan consensus including strategic, product, sales, and marketing activities as well as supply plan balance and constraints/gaps
    -Review, store, and backup final adjusted and unadjusted statistical forecasts
    -Measure, control, and improve S&OP plan accuracy through clearly defined metrics
    -Menage S&OP KPIs with stakeholder group

    2. Anaplan implementation
    -Align with Global timeline, support in the discussion with PRA/HQ and help to align with PR Korea business requirements
    -Support in implement Demand module with smooth and progressive transition from current replenishment process to Anaplan demand module

    3. Team management and interdepartmental communication
    -Manage and coach the team to ensure high performance for both professional and personal development
    -Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
  • / 경력 및 자격요건
  • -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics
    -Minimum of 13 years’ relevant experience
    -Consumer goods industry, food & beverages a plus but not mandatory
    -Strong organizational skills in strategy, communication at all levels and execution
    -Excellent people skills, project management skills, with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner
    -Fluent in English
    -Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
    -Experience working with teams across the global and region
    -Anaplan Program User is preferred
