• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within luxury fashion and lifestyle and beauty
• Proven experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns or premium events
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English
• Deep understanding of the Korean luxury consumer landscape and culture
• Passion for storytelling, brand building, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Highly detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive team player
