• Scale the B2C business in alignment with the company strategy to maximize market penetration, while maintaining a balance between sales growth and brand control, and operating within the company’s strategic guardrails.
• Drive top-line (NNS) and bottom-line (EBIT) growth by defining and owning the local distribution strategy.
• Build, lead, and strengthen long-term strategic relationships with key accounts to maximize client value and loyalty.
• Ensure robust sales management across the sales channels, with a strong focus on pipeline optimization and best-in-class account development planning.
• Develop and execute the SR/IR distribution plan, maintaining trusted partnerships with retailers and landlords to support business expansion.
• Monitor and analyze store performance, and proactively implement mitigation actions in alignment with central strategy.
• Oversee daily sales operations to ensure cost-efficient, high-impact customer engagement that supports sustainable and scalable growth.
• Identify training needs and deploy targeted learning solutions to elevate frontline retail team performance.
• Foster collaboration within the newly integrated ONE team setup by aligning closely with local cross-functional teams (Marketing, Merchandising & Demand Planning, Sales Operations, Finance, HR, and CX Academy).
• Act as an aspirational leadership role model by fostering high-performing teams and driving strong employee retention. Support people development, performance management, and organizational change initiatives.

Education & Experience:
• Min. bachelor degree in Business or equivalent
• 10+ years of relevant experience, with 5 years in people management, preferably in premium/luxury consumer goods or jewelry.
• Proven track record of delivering commercial results in a multi-channel environment.
