•Manage full-cycle recruitment for all levels across retail stores and corporate functions, from sourcing to onboarding.
•Lead and execute large-scale retail recruitment initiatives, including store openings and seasonal hiring campaigns.
•Partner closely with business leaders to understand talent needs and deliver effective, timely hiring solutions.
•Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
•Plan and execute employer branding activities such as career fairs, campus visits, and talent networking events.
•Manage and coordinate recruitment programs such as Management Trainee and Internship Programs.
•Leverage recruitment data and insights to drive continuous improvement in hiring efficiency and quality.
•Working with concerned government offices in the purpose of D&I (diversity & inclusion) such as people with disability
•Ensure compliance with internal policies and local employment regulations throughout all recruitment processes.
•Maintaining up-to-date records and reports

•Bachelor’s degree or above
•Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within fast-paced and dynamic environments (retail, hospitality or consumer industry preferred).
•Proven experience in managing massive retail recruitment projects and talent programs.
•Strong business acumen with the ability to act as a strategic partner to stakeholders.
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
•Highly responsible, agile, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
•Fluent in English and Korean (both written and spoken).
