1.Retail BoutiqueManagement
• Seek for retail operational excellence including day-to-day operations and involve in newstrategies for store improvement & customer service
• Supervise BTQ schedule management (Duty roaster, promotion, etc.) and BTQadministrative duties (Invoicing process, resolve issues related with corporate system)
• Responsible for inventory control processes (e.g., daily/ weekly/ monthly counts, stock) toensure a successful monthly inventory stock take
2. Reporting &Analysis
• Report daily, weekly, monthly on target achievement status & sales as well as focused KPIsto all relevant teams
• Monitor sales trend and analyze data for Sr. Retail Manager to propose action plans andto enhance business strategies and improve business process
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders with valuable insights and performancetrends analysis
• Any ad-hoc reporting when needed
3. CRM & Training
• Involve to plan and organize in-store and off-site events for new client acquisition
• Ensure the quality of CRM data and provide consructive feedbacks on local CRM activitiesto Sr. Manger/Manager
• Leverage the local trainings through effective store interactions to help identify actionsand training strategies to support business needs
4.Special Projects &Administration
• Contribute actively to strategic projects such as BTQ openings, relocations, closings
• Involve in workshops, meetings and off-site events set-up
• Responsible for all administrative tasks in W-Retail team

• Min. 2 years of experiences in sales/retail fields
• Luxury/Fashion industry experience is a plus (especially contemporary brands)
• Fluent in English (speaking & writing)
