Lead the engineering interface with customers – be the focal point for the coordination of all activities
- 4WD/AWD torque transfer system product specifications
- Present system performance and obtain concurrence from customer
- Ensure the deliverables & timing are clearly defined and communicated to the organization
-Track product design/development to specification & present conformance status to customers – negotiate company's agreed pass criteria
- Participate in customer product design team meetings – negotiate customer commitments &dates with support/concurrence
- Maintain customer action items list and manage commitments to ensure customer needs are met
- Coordinate design technical reviews and submission of deliverables such as math data & drawings in line with key program dates
- Participate in test trip with customers – coordinate development & calibration of controls
- Resolve customer field problems & report on test incidents
- Participate in validation teardowns
- Demonstrate new technology
경력 및 자격요건
- BS –Mechanical Engineering (required)
Plus minor or other training in electrical engineering (preferred)
Minium of 3years of powertrain engineering experience (required)
Applications/systems engineering experience (preferred)
Experience with working with customers (required)
Experience with working with automotive OEMs (required)
Excellent interpersonal skills (required)
Excellent presentation skills (required)
Excellent negotiation skills (required)
