Contribute to the sales growth and store image by ensuring correct product assortment and proactive merchandising strategies and activities according to the store typology, the markets trends and client demand.
• Propose and plan product assortments in collaboration with Central Merchandising, based on sales analysis, local market needs, and within the allocated financial budget
• Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data to maximize selling opportunities:
develop effective merchandising stories, drive sales of slow-moving items, and promote best sellers based on analysis and store feedback
• Manage inventory levels effectively to optimize sales and support events/promotions through appropriate stock transfers and delivery monitoring
• Maintain ongoing communication with store teams to gather feedback on products and customer responses, and provide summaries to local management and Central Merchandising for follow-up
• Prepare and distribute regular briefs and reports to ensure store managers and staff are wellinformed about new products, merchandising guidelines, and sales performance
경력 및 자격요건
• Merchandising experience in luxury retail
: Minimum 5 years for Specialist / 10 years for Associate Merchandising Manager
• Knowledge of luxury market and luxury product
• Ability to adapt to new work scopes and multiple projects
• Proficient English Skills
• Expert Microsoft office management skills
