1. Project Accountability & Management
• Manage overall timelines and coordination of SET program activities within the Korea market
• Lead and manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing), ensuring quality and timeline adherence
• Oversee data cleansing and Go-Live readiness activitie
• Act as a communication bridge between global/regional teams and local stakeholders, managing inquiries and issue resolution
2. Business & Process Representation
• Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops to represent local legal and compliance requirements and identify gaps with the global standard model
• Support adoption of SAP standard processes and lead necessary adjustments to local business processes
3. Data Migration
• Define data mapping rules between legacy systems and SAP, and support data enrichment activities
• Participate in multiple mock migration cycles to validate data quality and resolve discrepancies
• Support final cutover activities to ensure full data readiness prior to Go-Live
4. Testing & Training
• Execute end-to-end integration testing across related systems and support defect reporting and resolution
• Localize global training materials and organize end-user training sessions
• Ensure completion of training by all end users prior to system Go-Live
5. Change Management & Hypercare
• Act as a Change Ambassador to promote system value and drive change adoption across business teams
• Provide first-level support during Hypercare by collecting field feedback and supporting user adaptation
경력 및 자격요건
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in business operations or project management
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong operational experience in relevant functional areas with deep knowledge of current local business processes
• Experience in PM or PMO (Project Management Office) roles, managing project timelines and stakeholder coordination
• Excellente communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with internal departments and external vendors
• Strong analytical skills and process understanding to identify gaps between current (AS-IS) processes and the SAP standard core model
• Proficiency in Excel and experience working with data migration and project management tools
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams, including through Train-the-Trainer methodologies
• Fluent in Korean and English with the ability to work effectively in a global environment

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or global ERP roll-out projects
• Background in SAP consulting or System Integration (SI) projects
• Expertise in SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, or CO
• Experience in the Fashion, Apparel, or Retail industry
• Relevant IT or Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus
