· Receive, screen and/or route all incoming telephone calls, mail, publications and correspondence.
· Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings. Resolve scheduling conflicts as they arise and prioritize issues to ensure an effective time management approach. Communicate agendas and respond to calendar changes as needed.
· Act as an interface for clients and all levels of Bain staff, as appropriate.
· Coordinate all travel arrangements with Bain Travel and outside agencies including air, hotel, ground transportation and meal reservations, as business needs and personal preferences dictate.
· Draft, type and proof correspondence including letters, memos, documents and reports as requested or as circumstances dictate. Produce computer graphics for client presentations.
· “Partner” with another designated Executive Assistant to provide phone coverage, work sharing and general team support.
· Perform other related duties as requested or as responsibilities dictate, e.g., monthly time and expense reports, maintain up-to-date paper and electronic files, etc.
경력 및 자격요건
· Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is required.
· A minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in providing direct administrative support to executive levels is required.
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are required as is the ability to work both independently and as an integral member of various teams.
· Strong organizational skills and detail-orientation necessary.
· Ability to meet deadlines, prioritized assignments, juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and deal with highly confidential information.
· Comprehensive knowledge of computer software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
