- Over 7 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance and software
engineering.
- 3 or more years experience managing 5 –10 direct reports.
- Must be knowledgeable in QA “best practices” for fast-paced Internet e-Commerce
systems and solutions·
- Over 7 years experience in reviewing product requirements and design, creating test
plans, and manually feature testing scalable, distributed, fault-tolerant applications in
Windows environments.
- Expertise required in SQL language, object-oriented design-testing methodology.
- Experience with QA automation tools beneficial
- Must have successfully managed multiple projects within a specified budget at a
tactical level
- Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and Korean.·
- Good organizing skills
