Local purchasing manager (LPM) for ex Cliant Chunan operation
Manage U$20 MM of spend on Raw material, Packaging and IMS
Negotiatie purchasing conditions with suppliers and develop supply base
Local interface of regional category teams, supply chain and business for purchasing operations
Contribute and execute Sourcing Strategies, SRM, and financial targets, i.e NWC
Responsible for quality of Master purchasing data and data admin.
Foster implementation of corporate process, tools, best practice (SAP, e-business, transaction optimization), best supports material mgmt, firefighting
Report to country purchasing manager
경력 및 자격요건
1. Around 10 year-experience in Petrochemical industry as purchasing and/or sales
2. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skill
3. Good command on written and spoken English is a Must
4. Major in Chemical Engineering or related science is a Plus
5. Self motivated/ Proactive
