-Lead software development projects to meet the evolving business division needs.
-Expert at organizing and leading project kickoff, design, status, and other project
related meetings with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders at all levels
-Develop complex project schedules, and manage project cost, scope, schedule and
quality with minimal variances
-Track and manage issues, risks, dependencies, efficiencies, and critical path
objectives.
- Experience managing multiple project efforts simultaneously
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Experience leading process discussions and facilitating change, including post-
mortems and project checkpoints
- Closely manage throughout the product development life cycle (PDLC).
경력 및 자격요건
-Bachelor and/or MS/MBA/MA degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years experience in project management or development team leadership.
- Minimum 2 years experience working in software application or web services
development.
- Knowledge of and experience with project management software tools such as
Microsoft Project or similar tools and management techniques.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts and plans
- Strong communications skills and the ability to work well with other departments
- Experience in problem solving, process definition and improvement methods, and
business re-engineering methodologies is a plus
- PMI or equivalent certification(s) is required, continuing education desirable.
- Ability to communicate in English is a plus
