-. Minimum 15 years of Product Design or Applications Engineering experience for automotive.
2. Degreed Mechanical Engineering with a strong background in electronics.
3. Experience with Powertrain (Torque Transfer Devices) would be a major plus.
4. Experience working for the HMC/KIA accounts.
5. Excellent communications skills (English proficiency).
6. Ms word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
7. Experience in vehicle level testing a plus.
8. Experience managing an engineering group.
9. Experience working with international companies preferred.
