- Creating a successful assortment for one of our shops in different catalogues and for the e-commerce-shop
- ficient Handling of that assortment
- Securing a high standard of customers satisfaction regarding quality and delivery performance in those shops
- Securing a necessary mark up and at the end a high NIP (net initial profit)

- Education : A university degree related to fashion design is required
- A minimum of 5 years working in the Korean fashion industry (Retail, Distribution, Manufacturing)
- Distance seller experience would be nice, but is not a must.
- A sound and up-to-date understanding of the Korean and international ladies fashion trends and developments
- Background and experience in both creative and technical merchandising (concept work, assortment building, style design, quality assurance and control)
- Working knowledge of both local procurement and direct importing
- Knowledge about the quality of textiles
- Experience in planning and managing assortments using the merchandising key figures (such as profitability, efficiency, productivity, return rate, etc.)
- English communication skills both oral and written
- Excellent Knowledge of computer programs ‘excel”, “power point” and “window word”
