- Reporting to the Deputy Project Director and responsible for direct management and co-ordination of Subcontractors activities through close consultation with the Engineering and Procurement functions.
-Oversee/validate planning activities and review physical progress against baseline.
-Oversee the Subcontractors design in terms of quality and delivery through close liaison with System Engineering.
-Oversee the procurement and manufacturing activities, including factory acceptance testing through close liaison with Procurement.
-Oversee the delivery and installation of equipment and materials at site through close liaison with the Installation Director.
-Oversee the Integrated Testing and Commissioning activities through close liaison with System Engineering.
-Preparation of monthly progress reports and attending/presenting the progress and performance of the Subcontract Works to the Customer/RCSC.
-Report progress of scope, time and cost elements through work package reviews with the Project Core Team and demonstrate that quality targets are being met.
-Ensure compatibility between traditional Korean practices and international practices as required by Contract.
