• Giving qualified advisory services to our clients in all technical questions
• Managing a local MDT site office in Korea
• Supporting the processes of engine production at licensees and support and
measure the continuous improvement
• Documentation of the progress and negotiation with the quality and technical
departments of the licensees
• Planning and coordination of the activities concerning technical support including
quality control
• Maintain in contact with customers and offices on progress, questions and
ambiguities
• Preparation of technical reports to the HQ in Europe
• Supporting the licensees in discussions with yards and final customers
• Auditing suppliers of the licensees

[Essential]
• Travel experience to Asian countries in previous job or stay and work at Korea or
China
• Ability to explain technical topics in English language
• Social competence to work and instruct customers

[Desirable]
• Experience in diesel engine production and testing
• And / or operation and maintenance of diesel engines on ships and /or stationary
power plants

[General](non-role specific)
• Good level of IT skills (especially Microsoft Office)
• Driver’s license

[Specific Knowledge]
• Diesel engine applications, -maintenance, -operation and -control
• Diesel engine auxiliaries and electric equipment
• English Language: Business level written & spoken
