- To be responsible for construction project managment : from planning, design development, tender, construction implementation to completion and final account meeting with the set constraints of time, cost and quality
- To attend all meetings, conference calls for both the project team, the investors, the government atuthorities and any other parties to ensure timely completion of the statutory and project process to meet with the overall deadlines
- To interview, pre-qualify, analyze, select, hire consultatns and contractors and set up comtracts to implement a successful project
- To be responsible for budgeting, planning scheduling, negotiating contracts as well as administering contracts before, during and after the construction stages
- To coordinate project team members : Supervision team, consultants, users, lawyers etc. and to direct contractors during construction and defect liability stages
- Ability to manage and co-ordinate between the local project consultant team and the New York based consultant team
- International experience in mixed use or commerical developments with major developers or contractors as well as local experinece are preferred. In particular, an understanding and experience in successfully progressing the statutory approvals for commercial and mixed used development is essential

- Fluent in English
- Have Min if 10 years construction experience
- Must have experience in High-Rising building
- Architect experience
