- 10+ years experience in actuarial department in insurance companies
- Practical working experience in pricing and valuation
- Actuarial and financial knowledge
- Accounting and reporting expertise
- Supervising experience
- Bachelor’s degree required with a major of mathematics or statistics
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills and the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management.
