- Delivery of Brocade Professional Service to End Users through direct contracts or as
a resell via partners od as subcontract via partners.
-Promote Brocade Service,Support and Education Offerings with End Users and
Partners(OEM/Channel)
-Drive service proposals with GEO partners & Brocade Sales Teams.
-Participate in development of new service offerings
-Obtains BCFP(Brocade Certified Fabric Professional) Certification
-Obtains BCSD(Brocade Certified SAN Designer) within 6 monthd of hire
-Obtains BCSM(Brocade Ceritified SAN Manager) wirh in 9 months of hire

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-3 years previous Professional Services delivery in a technical
environment (Networking, Storage, SAN)
- Experienced in configuring, architecting and deploying Brocade switches and/or
Directors
- Ability to architect complex SAN solutions to meet Customer SLA’s
- Ability To analyze Storage Array’s , Tape environments and configuration utilities to
maximize SAN performance
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate complex technical concepts to
business requirements
- SAN Architecture including replication over DWDM, Sonet and / or FCIP
- Strong IP networking skills, knowledge of storage management within a UNIX or NT
environment, or minimum 2 years experience as a network administrator/systems
administrator in an NT or UNIX environment.
- Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
