- Installation plan, process, materials, schedule, safety, local and foreign installation engineer
- Provide expertise in communication engineering to contractor and local installer
- Installation design review and change according to the construction condition
- Review and resovle : desing change(contractor and local installer issues), installation issues and contractor submittals.
- Communication system testing and commissioning including interfaces with other disciplines
- Assist with contract amendment negotiations

- Over 8 years experience of telecommunication engineer
- Provide expertise in communication engeering to contractor and local installer
- Network design, system set-up and test, installation schedule and plan management
- Good in English
