1. Manage and oversee all legal matters affecting company, including:

- Oversee litigation and claims against company
- Manage and coordinate work with outside counsel
- Review, revise and approve all legal contracts
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations as well as Prudential policies
- Review sales practices and marketing materials, assist with customer complaints, assist with product development
- Advise and review corporate governance matters (board and shareholder meetings and minutes)
- Coordinate with US Law Department on various issues
- Develop positive relations with the regulators
- Assist with inquiries from regulators
- Follow development of laws and regulations that impact company
- Oversee FAS 5 reporting
- Develop legal budget

2. Work closely with company Management
- Attend ExCo meetings when senior is unavailable,
- Support Company's business objectives

- 2-4 years experience
- Studied for the Korean bar and attempted at least the first stage of the exam
- Financial services industry experience and experience dealing with the regulators.
