- Act as the leader of the Sales team of Assembly & Packaging to ensure smooth operation of all sales related issues
- In charge of department process documentation
- Support existing customers in Korea
- Acquisition of new customers in Korea
- Co-operate closely with all profit centers of Assembly&Packaging
- Regional sales forecasting reporting
- Quotation follow-up and after sales territory
- To ensure the accuracy of open order reports
- Collaboration with the project management in customer project
- Implement and participate exhibitions, expositions and conferences
- Be responsible for regional press releases

- Bachelor degree above, major in technical fields, further education in economics or MBA
- Min.5 years solid sales experience in a MUTILNATIONAL company
- Experinece or knowledger in Semi-con preferred(Die/Wire Bonder)
- Good sales and customer support skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent English and good presentation skills
- Like to deal with customers
