1. Evaluate Proto-samples on all aspect of fit, style, construction, product history and aesthetic requirements that meet Brands expectations. (* 40%)
2. Conduct In-line and Final audits which are assigned by technical service manager (*30%)
3. Maintains all aspects of fit blocks (library to development) suitable for the products. (*15%)
4. Provide total garment viewpoints of fit, specs, manufacturing methods throughout the development (10%)
5. Cross meeting and share the information for products with field quality audit (5%)

1. No range of education background
2. 10 years of industry experience.
3. Must have strong knowledge of fits(bottoms and tops) and have technical ability to finalize a fit to brands needs.
4. Must have experience in patterns, garment measurements, shrinkage, grade rules and sizing.
5. Must understand fabric and finish on garment.
6. Must understand value engineering complex construction.
7. Must be organized and have strong and effective verbal and written communication skills.
8. PC skill: word, excel
