- Provide expertise in communication engineering (i.e. ICCS (SCADA), radio, fiber networks, telephone, CCTV.
- Make timely decisions on design and installation issues and contractor submittals.
- Review design and construction contractor submittals to ensure the communications subsystems are integrated, and the system integrated with other systems.
- Assist in management and technical review of the communications systems
- Assist with contract amendment negotiations
- Assist in design of software interfaces based on industry standard and proprietary protocols.
- Provide testing support for communications equipment/subsystems.

- 5-10 years of experience in the field of communications systems engineering, primarily for rail applications.
- Knowledge of signaling systems is an asset. Skilled in coordinating efforts with various systems and facilities engineering functions.
- Demonstrated skill in identifying, analyzing and solving problems. Technical knowledge of engineering, design and construction techniques.
- Knowledgeable of current industry and technical developments.
- A recognized degree in engineering or a related science at the bachelor level.
- Fluent in English and Korean
