-In charge of planning and operation of compensation and benefit programs
-Handle payroll and HR/benefit administration matters

-Minimum 8 years of experience in HR management
-Bachelor degree required
-Experience in operation compensation and benefit matters
-Working experience in multinational company
-Working experience in semiconductor or electronic company would be preferred
-Good communication skill in Korean and English
