-In charge of overall HRD activities

-Minimum 8 years of experience in (OD,HRD)
-Bachelor degree required
-Experience in development and operation of HRD activities
-Experience in staff training
-Working experience in multinational company
-Working experience in semiconductor or electronic company would be preferred
-Good communication skill in Korean and English
