- Provide engineering and field service technical support to customers (field measurements, installation assistance, system trouble-shooting, etc)
- Perform analysis of data and program results
- Follow up trouble shooting & failure analysis
- Carry out customer and dealer/distributor training for temp. measurement & sys. monitoring
- Co-ordinate and conduct field trials for diesel emission control through interactions with JM engineers, commercial departments and the customer
- Extensive customer interaction from technicians to senior management
- Travel – up to 70%

BS in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
Experience in the diesel engine field – preferably in emissions control exhaust system
Experience in controls and data acquisition/logging
Mechanical aptitude for hands-on field work is necessary
Understanding of mechanical designs/drawings
Analytical skills related to emissions monitoring and measurement
Some academic and applied catalysis background will be beneficial
Excellent project management and communication skills are required.
