- Resolve customer issues in reference to processing (injection molding, extrusion, blow molding) and tool design via appropriate process.
- Creates, modifies and/or critiques new part concepts that will reduce the number of components, differentiate the product, or meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Drive customer projects with depth of understanding of system benefits of TPE conversion and persuasive technical demonstration.
- Develop trusting relationships with Key Accounts via impeccable service and technical consistency conducive to expand the business and create barriers to competition.
- Develop, publish and provide training to Sales, Marketing, and MTS personnel on technical learnings.
- Document customer reports and calls as required.
- Perform Answerperson duties as needed with complete customer resolution.

1. Education: B.S in Engineering and/or 5~9 years of relevant experience
2. Experience: 5~9 years
3. English : Fluent both in written and spoken
4. Other competency (Skills and Knowledge, Experiences and Business Accomplishments Required) :
- Basic polymer knowledge including material, mechanical, processing and application properties.
- Proficiency in at least one area of processing (injection molding, extrusion, blow molding) to assist customers with technical issues.
- Accurately document and report on customer issues.
- Analytical skills to troubleshoot customer concerns to achieve timely resolution.
- Part and system design to assist customers in developing cost effective designs while reducing cost.
- Adaptable to changing customer needs and business environment.
- Ability to work independently and on a team to ultimately allow customers to be successful.
- Effective Communication Skills internally and externally
- Leader / manager skills to interact effectively with teams to deliver business results.
