1. Have a clear understanding of products and trends in the health & beauty market in Korea
2. Work with country Merchandising Controllers/Directors to find appropriate products
3. Negotiate with Korean suppliers to source products to appropriate countries in the best possible way.
4. Co-ordinate with exporter and country supply chain managers to ensure a smooth flow of product

1. Minimum 5 years of professional, working experience
2. Buying experience, preferably for health & beauty or non-clothing fashion goods
3. Prior experience in an international company (can be within Korea)
4. Experience of import/export would be an advantage
5. Excellent interpersonal skills: can build relationships with country merchandising teams and suppliers
6. fluent in written and spoken English
