- Guide the engineering team to produce preliminary design documents for each
software component
- Develop scope, project plans, schedules and estimates, which enclude project
organization and staffing for SW development project.
- Provide overall leadership and direction to the engineering team(develpment, QA,
Technical documantation, Clinet Server and Project Marketing)

- Solid SW develpment and program management experiences
- Managment Skills required, including ability to work with multipul departments and to
direct multiple progrms
- Excellent verbal and written skills in both Korean and English
