담당업무

- Implement the Annual Leaning and Development Calendar (Planning & Budgeting)
- Develop a communication plan with employee & retail staff
- Program design & facilitation
- Field coaching skill
- Retail training result assessment.

경력 및 자격요건

- Minimum 8-10yrs experience in Retail Training of consumer goods.
- Fashion/Apparel industry experence preferred.
- Excellent communication skill in English/Korean
