-Use data mining techniques effectively and thus improve sales efficiency in new
customer acquisitions and reacquisition of profitable lost customers
-Creatively explore the data: Gain a clear understanding of customer needs and then
identify the most suitable products for each prospect
-Manage successful marketing campaign by taking a key role, campaign design, target
list selection, post campaign analyses, etc.

- 5 ~ 7 yrs of working experiences in data mining/CRM
(financial industry background is preferable)
- Excellent knowledge of CRM/Data Mining and hands-on experiences
