· Brand Building through supporting shop biz
- New menu launching
- Follow up the opening process of company own shops and franchise shops

· Sales Promotion (Shop focused)
- Preplan annual promotion plan noting expenditure and timing
- Liaise with other departments to ensure that requirements are satisfied
- Make sure that the activities are cost effective and efficient

· Advertising & Public relations
- Preparation of advertising and media briefs
- Develop media plans and monitor spend vs. plan
- Maintain and utilize relationships among client, agency and publications for mutual benefit

· Merchandising Materials
- Plan, produce and manage of all stocks

· Market Research
- Prepare Briefs/Summary/Action plans for completed research

· Sales Forecasting & Inventory Control
- Monthly preparation of rolling forecast and inventory control
