- Product research and development under product manager’s guidance through in
depth marketing research
-Manage and Coordinate the new product development process from market
research to product launch
-Product concept development with sales and marketing, and lead NPD committee
consists related back office teams and front office teams
-Product proposal to Actuary team to proceed external filing and regional/HO approval
process
-Sales launch preparation with related teams
-Communicating and coordinating product related issues
-Keep updating competitor’s product portfolio and monitoring competitor’s new
products plan
-Keep monitoring and analyzing the existing products’ sales performance to enhance
existing products

- consumer market / PR 경력자 우대 ( 금융권 경력자 제외)
