1. Financial Analysis for Direct Marketing Portfolio Management.
* Overall Direct Marketing Portfolio Management Activities and verification all campaign profit based on Profit & Loss Model
* Financial and statistical reporting of DM’s results for both internally and externally.
* Provide the financial reports, evaluations for DM to have right business decisions.
* Overall Budgeting Process for Direct Marketing business with funds disbursement and management .
* Collect information and verify the results and the strategies based on the actual data and trend.
2.Financial Forecasting, testing and evaluation work for DM’s business decision making
* Budget and expense control with relative Dept.
* Forecast revenue and expenses in cooperation with manager and accounting managers.
* Incremental test including deferred asset cost and full contract value to evaluate DM campaign efficiencies.
3.Development for Business Analizing tools for financial approach.
* Develop, implement and management programs or tools including data analysis and preparation.
* Develops program cost and production budgets, working forecasts and final results.
4.Co-operate work with job related department and management level.
* Regional communication regarding all DM profitability issues and follow up.
* Work with Finance, call center and other relative dept. to establish implement to represent DM prospective.
* Settle financial related issues with related people, departement and management.

* Good people skills
* 1~2 years experience working in Business or Financial analyst prefer but no job experience can be accepted.
* Knowledge of and ability to apply basic marketing concepts used in the development of marketing plans.
* Prior experience in distribution of insurance products and financial services preferred
* University degree or master degree preferred
* Working knowledge of Microsoft office products/Macro skills for excel highly preferred.
