- To make new Bancassurance partnership, manage the relationship with bank
partners.
- Have the responsibilities on business planning, performance, sales results.
- Execute the promotional campaign in order to maximize the sales performances.
- Communicate with banks closely on all about Bancassurance business issues.
- Communicate with internal operations regarding the product development, budget and
all back-office issues such as IT, CS, Compliance and underwriting, etc.

- 5-7 years experiences in insurance company or Bancassurance industry.
- Strong negotiation skills in deal with banks and internal supportive teams.
- Passionate high energy level, track record of achievement, high integrity
