• Streamline standard operation procedures of promotional activities and procurement to manage standard operating procedure effective cost saving and improve operation efficiency.
• Seek continuous process improvement to achieve effective cost saving and improve operation efficiency.
• Develop and effectively manage Marketing Operations personnel through coaching, counseling, training, role development and providing direction.
• Support and ensure Marketing & Sales Operations team members are interacting and effectively involving relevant Marketing and Sales teams.
• Act as a liaison with all Marketing teams to ensure the provision of top quality administrative support.
• Work with internal / external audit teams to ensure departmental compliance with appropriate processes, polices, and procedures.

* 경력요건: 2-5+ years experience with Marketing Operation functions in pharmaceutical industry
* 특기사항: English ability(Must be able to communicate at a high level.)
